March 16th at Timberline, WV was my last day on this coast. I plan on hitting A-Basin probably early May, then I want to check out Timberline, Oregon in the summer for both a skiing and kite boarding trip.

It makes me happy that all of Colorado has given up on Skiing already. Makes the drive super easy and the life lines non existent
I'll probably still get 4 or 5 days in before I have to head back east!

I was going to make a joke about the "life lines" but I'll resist

Where will you finish out the season? and seriously - take a camera, post a couple of pictures so we can see how conditions are holding up

I'll try to remember this time. Looks like snow/rain Sunday evening for Summit.

We overslept and went to Blackhawk instead. Took these on the scenic route. It was a beautiful day, but too hot to ski. Next week looks cooler.

I'll be at Abasin every now and then for the next month probably. Got some good hiking in this weekend, biked a little last week. I'll try and get some pictures up from this winter eventually....

last day will be April 19th

I will be skiing at Timberline!

Timberline resort in Oregon
And the day before I will be at MT Hood Meadows Oregon. Eat your heart out Oregon has the longest season in the lower 48. Mid snow depth at Mt Hood Meadows is 170 so they still have pretty decent coverage you might say

My last day might have been Monarch on FEBRUARY 29th. Seriously... this has been the worst ski season ever. I have a total of 8 days on skis this year- I'm so glad mountain biking kicks a$$ around here.

We're hoping for Loveland this weekend now but I don't see it happening. I have to replace an axle in my wife's car, and she needs to take a standardized test Saturday morning.
