Alright guys, as you know the Official Snowshoe Summit for SkiSE has fell through this year. I am proposing an Unofficial Shoe Summit. It will be held the same weekend as the normal Snowshoe Summit would have been. Friday, March 1st - 3rd.
I know that we will not be receiving the normal discounts through SkiSE, first tracks, nor lodging deals. However, there is one hell of a deal going on at the moment, that could offset the monetary difference for most people that hit The Shoe a few times/season...

For those that have not heard. “The Ridiculous Pass” for 2013/14 season, that being offered up until Feb. 28th (Is valid for THE REST OF THIS SEASON, and next season as well.)

With this pass, we could use it during the proposed Unofficial Snowshoe Summit, and have all of next season paid for!
It has me motivated; as I and a few others have already taken time off to hit the slopes... If some more Bo's jump on board ,we could pull together some times to meet up on the slopes, and def some apres ski gatherings!

i bought my pass, and March 1 is my birthday... but gotta find fundage for lodging. Just paid for funeral expenses for a family member, so funds are low.

Ok, so I have booked my spot at Shamrock for Fri and Sat, I will also probably stay Sunday as I think my trip up to the Canaan Valley will be a day trip, but I might end up at Purple fiddle Sunday.

Friday Night Skiing meet-up is essential! As well as other get togethers, since we can't use cellphones up there we should plan on some places and times that people might be able to find each other if they are inclined

Also, a number of people have mentioned an interest in checking out Whitegrass, I'm sure i'll go for a half a day and could show people around a little w/ the limited knowledge I have of the place.

We should start an attendees list, here? or seperate thread?

Does anyone know the details re: the pass, and the discounts at other intrawest resorts?
It says "up to $25" discounts.
I'm wondering what kind of discount I would get on tickets at Boat or WP ? Anyone know the details?
